The Birmingham Restaurant Festival Supper Club launched at our 2022 festival. The concept was simple; bringing together like-minded people for dinner; great food and new company. It now runs several times a year, keeping the Birmingham Restaurant Festival spirit alive all year round.
This March, join us for what is set to be our most show stopping Supper Club yet. For one night only, we are bringing together two of the most exceptional names in the drink & dining world; two Michelin starred Opheem and world renowned distillery, The Macallan.
With space for just forty guests, this is an exclusive and positively unmissable experience. The evening will be hosted by The Macallan Brand Ambassador, Niamh Taylor, who will present each pairing and share some of the stories of this prestigious and distinctive single malt Scotch whisky.
What to Expect
Opheem will, as ever, be pushing flavour boundaries. Join us as they explore the flexibility of this centuries old whisky as it meets Aktar Islam’s vibrant Indian flavours.
Guests will begin in Opheem’s opulent lounge with a welcome drink accompanied with snacks before moving into the restaurant for a full tasting menu experience complete with six perfectly paired The Macallan cocktails.
The evening will begin with a communal experience in the lounge, a chance to meet like-minded diners whilst enjoying this very special occasion.
