The Birmingham Restaurant Festival Supper Club launched at our 2022 festival. The concept was simple; bringing people together for dinner; great food and new company. This is the second in a series of events taking place across the year to keep the Birmingham Restaurant Festival spirit alive all year round
This Spring, join us at The Oyster Club by Adam Stokes. We’ll be hosting you in the restaurant’s beautiful private dining room which boasts a large viewing window into their stunning, state of the art kitchen. Sit back and relax as you enjoy a 4 course meal complete with delicious drinks pairings from the oldest licensed distillery on Islay, Bowmore Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
You’ll spend the evening enjoying a bespoke menu, with each course presented alongside a perfect serve of Bowmore. You’ll be joined for the night by Senior Whisky Specialist, David Miles, who will present each pairing and introduce you to this traditional, 240 year old distillery.
