The Birmingham Restaurant Festival Supper Club launched at our 2022 festival. The concept was simple; bringing together like-minded people for dinner; great food and new company. This is the forth in a series of special events that have taken place across the year to keep the Birmingham Restaurant Festival spirit alive throughout 2023.
This Winter, join us at The Wilderness for an unforgettable evening of fine dining and award-winning whisky.
You’ll enjoy a bespoke 5-course menu created by The Wilderness with each dish playfully paired with the perfect serve of Highland Park Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
The evening will be hosted by Whisky Specialist, Joseph Ellis, who will present each pairing and share some of the stories of this very special Orkney distillery. Discover how the unique Scottish landscape and a cast of creative and curious people have helped to set this much-loved whisky apart from the rest.
In true The Wilderness style, the evening will (of course) be set to a soundtrack of rock, punk and heavy metal.

Paired with Salted Honey Old Fashioned; Highland Park 12 year old – Heather Honey – Salt – Orange – Bitters
BBQ Turbot – Smoked Eel – BBQ Gherkins
Paired with Green Point; Highland Park 12 year old – Chartreuse – Sweet Vermouth – Crème de Peche – Bitters
Cacao Tart – Milk Gelato – Old Balsamic

There are just 10 tickets available for each sitting, priced at £100 per person.
