Birmingham Restaurant Festival Starts This Week

Over the years, Birmingham has been named as one of the top food destinations in the UK, and with good reason, the city boasts a diverse and vibrant dining scene. Birmingham Restaurant Festival is a celebration and showcase of the fantastic restaurants across the city, and it starts this week!

From 28 July–27 Aug nearly 40 of the city’s best restaurants will be serving up a fantastic value set menu for diners to enjoy.

Participating restaurants include:

• The Blue Piano
• Brightsmith On The Water
• Chez Mal Brasserie
• Chung Ying Cantonese Restaurant
• Cote Birmingham
• Dishoom
• Fiesta Del Asado
• Flight Club Birmingham
• Hotel du Vin
• Isaac’s Restaurant
• Itaewon Korean Restaurant
• Le Petit Bois
• Qavali
• Recess
• Rosa’s Thai
• Tabu Bar & Restaurant
• Tattu

And plenty more!

All of the festival menus can be found on the Birmingham Restaurant Festival website. You’ll also find a handful of exciting dining events that you can book onto too; from wine dinners and the popular BRF Supper Club to food tours and live music.

Organised by Living For The Weekend (the company behind popular events such as Birmingham Cocktail Weekend) BRF is now in it’s second year and for 2023 has partnered with Birmingham Festival 23, the official anniversary festival of the Commonwealth Games, to celebrate Birmingham’s award-winning restaurant scene!

Commenting on the return of the festival, Alex Nicholson-Evans, Founder & Director of Living For The Weekend said:

‘We are thrilled that Birmingham Restaurant Festival is returning for a second year, and for 2023 is a whole month long! The diverse list of participating restaurants is really exciting and the menus that have been developed for the festival really do represent extraordinary value. I hope BRF2023 will give everyone a great excuse to dine out with friends and family this summer.’

Taking part in Birmingham Restaurant Festival is super simple. Head over to the festival website now and see which venues and menus take your fancy! Once you’re ready to make a reservation, simply click through to book a table directly with the venue (following the booking instructions on the festival website). It’s as easy as that!
