Brugal’s exceptional rum making process has been carefully crafted at their Dominican home in Puerto Plata since 1888. Just like their Founder Don Andres, Brugal’s 5th generation Maestro Roneros are passionate about bringing out the best in every cask and blend. It is their absolute dedication to quality that has allowed each stage of the process to be meticulously perfected over time.

The Macallan was one of the first distillers in Scotland to be legally licensed. Since then they have built a reputation as one of the world’s leading single malt whiskies. Their exceptional oak casks are the single greatest contributor to the outstanding quality, natural colours and distinctive aromas and flavours of The Macallan. They spend more per cask than any other distillery in sourcing, crafting, seasoning and caring for its casks! We look forward to introducing you to this prestigious whisky during the festival.

The House of Suntory is a House of Japanese artisans, crafting world-class spirits, inspired by Japanese nature and mastered with Japanese craft. In addition to their luxury brands Yamazaki, Hakushu, Chita and Hibiki, they also have Suntory Whisky Toki, Roku Gin and Haku Vodka as premium offerings. House of Suntory do more than just creating high-quality spirits; they embody the Japanese philosophy and traditions that are a full expression of everything they make.

Highland Park Single Malt Whisky has been made in the same way for over 200 years. Orkney’s surprisingly mild climate, coupled with a commitment to using only the finest quality sherry seasoned oak casks, means that this much-loved whisky matures slowly and quietly, even while the winds rage outside the distillery walls.

Highland Park is widely known for it’s unique, harmonious balance of flavour and character , a delight for the taste buds – we’re sure you’ll agree.

They say once you get to know Laphroaig’s renowned peaty personality, it’s impossible not to love it for a lifetime. It’s character is rooted in it’s distinctive island home and unique house process. This infuses each of their whiskies with signature smokiness, ‘medicinal’ maritime notes and a surprising sweetness.
