The Macallan was one of the first distillers in Scotland to be legally licensed. Since then they have built a reputation as one of the world’s leading single malt whiskies. Their exceptional oak casks are the single greatest contributor to the outstanding quality, natural colours and distinctive aromas and flavours of The Macallan. They spend more per cask than any other distillery in sourcing, crafting, seasoning and caring for its casks! We look forward to introducing you to this prestigious whisky during the festival.
Highland Park Single Malt Whisky has been made in the same way for over 200 years. Orkney’s surprisingly mild climate, coupled with a commitment to using only the finest quality sherry seasoned oak casks, means that this much-loved whisky matures slowly and quietly, even while the winds rage outside the distillery walls.
Highland Park is widely known for it’s unique, harmonious balance of flavour and character , a delight for the taste buds – we’re sure you’ll agree.
