STARTERS
Kofta Afghani;
lamb meatballs prepared with aromatic Afgan spices, and simmered in a rich tomato and garlic sauce
Hummus Kavurma;
creamy hummus blended with gardlic, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice and fresh herbs. This dish is sprinkled with pine nuts and topped with a choice of chicken or lamb
Samsun Pide;
the city of Samsun is famous for its pide, a thick form of flatbread. Qavali’s is topped with onions, tomatoes, peppers, garlic and cheese; along with a choice of paneer (v), chicken or lamb
Mast-O-Musir;
a Persian classic. Homemade sour yoghurt infused with shallots for a sweet and slightly sharp kick

Shirazi Salad;
diced cucumber, tomatoes, red onion and dried ground mint, finished with a squeeze of lemon and pomegranate seeds

delicately spiced chickpea and herb fritters, served with beetroot hummus

MAINS
Baluchi Charcoal Chicken;
half chicken marinated overnight in green chilli, roasted coriander, cumin and fresh lime. The chicken is cooked on a mangal charcoal grill and served alongside saffron rice
Qajari Koobideh;
from the streets of Iran to the finest of restaurants, koobideh is immensley popular. A skewer of minced lamb which has been spiced, seasoned and chargrilled to perfection
Punjabi Chicken Tikka;
Qavali’s take on a Punjabi favourite. Succulent pieces of marinated chicken tikka, topped with fresh coriander and chaat masala.
Shahi Butter Chicken;
the classic Delhi style dish of chicken tikka cubes, cooked in a rich and creamy tomato sauce Kashmiri Lamb Rogan Josh; cubes of lamb, slow cooked to perfection and simmered in a rich sauce of Kashmiri chillies, tomatoes and onions
Darbari Paneer Karahi;
Indian cottage cheese simmered in rich karahi spices – along with chillies, onion, tomatoes and peppers
