Tiger Bites Pig

Established in 2018 in the heart of Birmingham, Tiger Bites Pig is a Taiwanese inspired restaurant serving bold, authentic flavours through freshly made Bao, ingredient led rice bowls and dishes rooted in traditional cooking methods. Inspired by Taiwanese street food, its signature Bao are hand rolled and steamed in house each day, while its rice bowls draw influence from Sichuan cuisine. Almost every element of the menu is prepared in-house using traditional methods, from kimchi fermentation and house pickling to slow braising meats. TBP works closely with local suppliers to source high quality ingredients and support local supply chains.
